Reach Beaver Reef & Cay in approximately 1 hour from Mission Beach or Dunk Island directly. Snorkelling is the best and easiest way to see the reef because over three quarters of its diversity occurs within four metres of the surface. You'll have total freedom to swim at your own pace. Enjoy up to 3.5 hours in the water at Beaver Cay & Reef plus approximately one hour at Dunk Island on our return from the reef. So, come with a small group for less than 50 passengers for a up close and personal experience with no hidden extra

Itinerary:

6.30am | Myroo Coach-X departs Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal (Lake & Abbott Street pick ups available upon request)
8.30am | Clump Point Marine Facility - Priority Boarding with light breakfast served of Muffins, Tropical Fruits and beverage of choice tea/coffee/juice.
9.00am | QuickCoast departs Clump Point Marina Facility
9.25am  | QuickCoast arrives Dunk Island for day visitors to disembark. 
9.45am | QuickCoast departs from Dunk Island bound for Beaver Cay & Reef.
10.55am | Arrival to Beaver Reef and preparations for 1st snorkelling safari from QuickCoast 
12.00pm - 1.00pm | Fresh made to order lunch is served on board (Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian options available - please pre advise prior)
1.00pm | 2nd snorkelling safari from QuickCoast
2.20 pm | QuickCoast departs Beaver Reef with tropical fruits served 
3.30pm | We arrive Dunk Island for an hour for multiple choices short beach walks and/or optional Captain's afternoon cocktails 
4.30pm |  QuickCoast departs Dunk Island 
4.55pm | QuickCoast arrives at Clump Point Marine Facility with transfer back to Cairns
7.00pm | Myroo Coach-X arrives back at Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal or local drop-offs in the immediate city area.

WHAT TO BRING
Hand Luggage: (Backpack or over shoulder style - max- 5kg) with towel, hat, sunscreen, swimwear. 
EPTPOS is accepted onboard. No Cash is excepted.
Waterproof poncho just in case it rains - we live in the tropics.

MEDICAL CONDITION
If you have a medical condition and are unsure of you physical ability to participate in an activity, we recommend that you consult with a medical practitioner prior to booking.

WEATHER WARNING 
During October to April the tropical heat can be severe. If walking on tracks on the various islands, make sure you carry plenty of water, walk with a friend, have sun protection and don't walk in the middle of the day.

ACCESSABILITY
Unfortunately snorkelling and island activities are not available on our tours with mobility challenges. Whilst our vessel is mobility friendly the infrastructure at the reef and islands are not. All passengers to/from Dunk Island must be able to handle up to 20 stairs without a lift. Sometimes due to weather passengers with accessible requirements may be not able to disembark at Dunk Island due to unsafe conditions.

SWIMMING ABILITY 
A basic swimming ability to swim at least 100 meters is required to be included for water activities at the reef. Otherwise, we have a wonderful upper deck viewing platform of the reef, sand cay and water activities.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Tickets are refundable up until 24hours prior to departure (Less than 24 hours tickets are 100% non-refundable)
Date changes can be made up until 24 hours of departure free of charge
Date changes less than 24 hours prior to departure incur a $25 amendment fee per passenger.(maximum 1 year validity)
